Emergency Lighting

A crucial system for any building is EML (Emergency Lighting). It is designed to illuminate escape routes such as corridors, stairwells, room exits to the closest escape route and to illuminate the fire-fighting equipment like extinguishers or fire panel.

We design, install and maintain all emergency lighting systems. All EML systems should be tested by a certified company every 6 months to make sure the batteries and luminaries are working in case of an emergency.

Door & Gate Automation

NEW! We offer solutions and maintenance on all types of automatic systems. Sliding doors, barriers, vehicle gates.

These systems are designed to traffic manage people and vehicles without the need of constant monitoring. They can also be used in junction with our access control systems making them a good security asset.

One of the main reasons for automatic door is for energy saving methods, with doors only opening when required and especially if used on a double door, it prevents AC or heating escaping the building whilst also preventing dust and outside air coming as most automatic doors are sealed all the way around when in close, where standard doors can have gaps.

Shutters

Although we have recently added door and gate automation to our line of disciplines, we have always had a part in manual and automatic shutters. These are a crucial asset to any property security measures. We offer manual, automatic, panic drop, fire closers and all other types of shutters.

EICR Testing

Electrical Installation Condition Report (previously known as Fixed Wire Testing). These are essential and compliant testing to make sure all the electrical installations are tested by a professionally skilled person to ensure all the systems are safe and not going to cause any fire or electrical risks to the building and persons.

PAT Testing

We have EICR testing above but you also require Portable Appliance Testing to be completed in a place of work or a place open to the public. Nurse Call Systems

Similar to panic alarm system we also install and maintain nurse call systems for medial buildings, care homes and retirement villages.

Each room/bed will have a phone and a pullcord (mobile buttons can be used also) in which on activation will call the main station, the main station may with be the manager or professional watching over the rooms on site so they can go and assist the resident/patient urgently. If you have out of hours working practices, then the system can be set that when clocked off it will ring an external number like emergency services or a on call person. These systems can be life saving and crucial to people in vulnerable situations.

Emergency Lighting Assessments

New buildings or even any changes to a building layout can put your property at risk of not being compliant. It is always recommended after a plan has been proposed or changes have been authorised to a building to get an emergency lighting assessment to check for compliance and propose a remedial.

Believe it or not if you are just after advice and a quote, we will assess the building free of charge! You will only pay for any installation that came from it. It is worth noting if you require a certificated report for compliance or records then this will be a paid service.
