We offer services for all system types. For every different system you choose to get serviced by us we will give you 2% off the total cost, to add to this, the discount gets applied to your whole account and works on new installations, additional works and repairs.

(Discount stacks to a maximum of 10% for the account, labour is not affected unless on the Professional or Ultimate plan)

All plans include

We never want you to think that the standard plan is anything less than our high quality service plan. In fact, it is still our most popular plan and for a time the only service plan we offered. As we have grown, so have our clients, so we just wanted to offer a couple of plans that have a slight increased cost but covers them from certain aspects that they require, find harder to manage or just prefer the extra cover without the thought of additional works. Here is a small list of what you get out of all our plans as a whole.

  • Paperless Service

    We operate a 24/7 online service, all our documents are digital and you always have access to them any time. We can provide paper copies on request if you require.

  • Hassle-Free Issues

    If any faults are found on the systems it will be quoted within 7 days of the service. You will receive a breakdown of the issues and have 30 days to choose to go ahead.

  • Reminders

    Receive an electronic reminder for your next service and bookings. Ultimate plans will be contacted by their dedicated account manager.

  • Loyalty Discounts

    Every system type that you include to the plan will stack a 2% discount to your total cost, this will now apply to your account so any install or other works will carry this discount too! (Up to a maximum of 10%)

  • Compliance Checks

    Every service maintenance that we do, we check for any non-compliance the systems might have. All issues will be passed over to you with our suggested remedial.

  • Qualified & Certified

    All our team members are Enhanced DBS Checked and have Certified Fire & Security Qualifications. We also hold ECS Certifications and access licences.

  • Certified Documents

    All our documents for our services are SSAIB & BAFE compliant. These are approved documents for use with insurance companies.

  • Flexibility

    We can reschedule any visits to suite you. All plans can be upgraded at any point of the year. At the end of the year we will send you any changes (if any) to the renewal quote, if none we will auto renew for you.

Is it really a free quote?

100%! We dont believe in charging for getting a price or advice for any of our works. We strive to help you with your requests and hope we can be given the chance to show you who we are and provide you with the best service possible. If not we are just glad you gave us the chance to give you a quote.

Is there any difference to the service quality on the other plans?

Absolutely not! Our standard package is actually worthy of a better name. All plans/packages comes with the same high quality service. The other plans just cover parts some clients prefer having included in the contract like callouts or spreadable invoices over intrest free payments. We use these options to make costing easier for certain situations.

Do we get the discount on upgrades or remedial works?

Yes, for each disipline you have under our service we offer a 2% discount up to 10%, this applies to your service plan, new installs, upgrades, remedials and parts. The only thing it doesnt apply too is callout rates and labour, this discount sits with the other plans.
