Paperless Service
We operate a 24/7 online service, all our documents are digital and you always have access to them any time. We can provide paper copies on request if you require.
Compliance Checks
Every service maintenance that we do, we check for any non-compliance the systems might have. All issues will be passed over to you with our suggested remedial.
No Pressure Tactics
We do not use any pressure sale tactics, we will provide our advice based on our expertise and industry regulations, it is your choice wether to go ahead or not.
Qualified & Certified
All of our team members are Enhanced DBS Checked and Security Screened. They all hold or are working towards relevant Fire & Security Qualifications. We also carry out regular CPD training.
Reminders
Recieve an electronic reminder for your next service and bookings. Ultimate plans will be contacted by their dedicated account manager.
Third party Accredited
All our services and documentation are SSAIB & BAFE compliant. These are approved documents for use with insurance companies.
Loyalty Discounts
Every system type that you include to the plan will stack a discount to your total cost, this will now apply to your account so any install or other works will carry this discount too!
Flexible Availability
We can reschedule any visits to suite you. All plans can be upgraded at any point of the year. At the end of the year we will send you any changes (if any) to the renewal quote, if none we will auto renew for you.
