Standard Plan
Our most popular option includes full system servicing, 24/7 callouts, phone support and fixing any problems we find. You can book online and pay in single payments. It’s everything you need to stay compliant.
Professional Plan
This is everything you get with Standard, plus 18-month extended warranty, cheaper callouts and parts, and we will train your staff on the system. We do compliance checks and can access your systems remotely. More payment options are available.
Ultimate Plan
Our top service includes everything above plus 24-month warranty and no callout charges. You get your own account manager and engineer team.

How We Work
We are fully digital, all your documents are online and available any time. Need paper copies? Just ask. If we find faults during service, you will get a quote within 7 days and 30 days to decide what to do.
You will get electronic reminders for your next service. Ultimate customers get contacted directly by their account manager.
Loyalty Discounts
For every different system type you add to your plan, you get 2% off your total cost. This discount applies to everything – new installations, repairs, the lot. This can stack up to 10%, maximum.
What’s Included
Every service includes compliance checks against current standards. Our engineers are Enhanced DBS checked with current fire and security qualifications, plus ECS certifications. All our paperwork is SSAIB and BAFE compliant – insurance companies accept it no problem.
We are flexible too. Need to reschedule? No worries. Want to upgrade your plan? Do it anytime. At renewal time, if there are no changes, we will just auto-renew to save you hassle.
